The NJ GMIS TEC Foundation is proud to offer a scholarship of up to $4,000.00 to support members pursuing the Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) certification through Rutgers University in partnership with Fusion Learning Partners or University of Georgia, Carl Vinson School of Government. If you have a different CGCIO program in mind, please let us know and we can review that as an option.
The CGCIO program is a nationally recognized leadership development course designed specifically for public sector IT professionals. It provides advanced training in areas such as strategic planning, governance, cybersecurity, and leadership—equipping IT leaders with the tools to thrive in today’s complex government environment.
This scholarship reflects NJ GMIS’s ongoing commitment to supporting the professional growth of our members and strengthening leadership within government IT. Please note: any program costs exceeding the $4,000.00 scholarship amount will be the responsibility of the student.
(UNC School of Government is not offering the CGCIO program at this time)
